Terms · effective August 5, 2026
A request is the beginning, not an automatic acceptance.
These plain-language terms cover the Vellora Archive website, private browser reader, and founding concierge request process.
Use material you may lawfully use
You are responsible for ensuring that material you read or ask Vellora to process is yours, authorized, public domain in the relevant territory, compatibly licensed, or otherwise lawful for the requested use. Do not use Vellora to bypass DRM or access controls.
Private work is not public permission
Digitization, OCR, cleanup, narration, or package portability does not create permission to publish, distribute, sell, or share a work. Public Archive release requires a separate exact-edition and asset-level approval.
Early-access reader
The browser reader depends on voices and speech behavior supplied by your browser and operating system. Availability, voice quality, pronunciation, and uninterrupted playback are not guaranteed. It does not create a downloadable audiobook.
Concierge requests
Sending a request does not create a service agreement, quote, publication promise, shipping authorization, or payment obligation. Any accepted project will receive a written scope covering source, deliverables, transfer, timing, price, privacy, retention, rights, correction, and stop conditions before production begins.
Physical books and files
Do not ship a book or send a private file until Vellora confirms an intake method in writing. Physical scanning may be destructive or unsuitable for a particular binding; that risk must be disclosed and accepted in the project-specific scope.
