The Vellora package is intended to keep text, audio, transcript, assets, provenance, and integrity together—while allowing people to prepare authorized books locally and bring them into future Vellora readers.

Complete enough to remember itself.

EPUB, PDF, audio, and web delivery can remain important outputs. The Vellora package is the reviewable object beneath them: a versioned record of what the edition contains and why it may be trusted.

Prepare without pretending to publish.

Private use and public release are separate lanes. The public lane adds artifact-level rights, quality, safety, provenance, and human approval gates.

    Bring an authorized source

    Start with material you own, created, licensed, or may lawfully transform. Local preparation does not create publication rights.

    Structure the edition

    Normalize chapters, navigation, metadata, notes, images, and accessibility without erasing the underlying source record.

  3. 03

    Add optional media

    Generate or attach voice, transcript, maps, diagrams, and Story Capsules with explicit authorship and model provenance.

  4. 04

    Validate and carry

    Test the package, retain a readable fallback, and open it across future Vellora readers without locking the source to one surface.

A future machine-readable shelf

Useful to agents. Governed for people.

Future APIs, MCP tools, and agent payment rails may let authorized systems discover metadata, verify receipts, quote preparation, or request bounded access. They should expose contracts and audit trails—not an unmetered path around rights, privacy, or human publication review.
